DL Sounds has the copyright of all its products. When you acquire them, you are automatically registered in our exclusive "INVOICE" system with the number of your order and your personal data.

License

Once a 'file' has been purchased from DL Sounds, you will receive a unique Invoice number i.e.:
• for payments via a normal Paypal account: 7SU71060J62772541
• for payments with a credit card via Paypal: 0802-6169-1809-7976

This is also a license for using the purchased 'files'.


By purchasing and downloading any sounds from DL Sounds you are automatically agreeing to the following terms:

Terms of use (tunes, samples and loops)

All the tunes, samples and loops are royalty-free. This means that there are no additional fees owed for commercial use of a sound file as it is incorporated into any audio or multimedia production. Once you have purchased a tune, sample or loop, you have the license to use that sound as often as you like, in as many projects as you like and you will never be required to pay another fee of any kind. Sounds cannot be copied, resold or distributed as individual files. They can only be resold and distributed as incorporated into a complete production.

You may use the tunes, samples and loops in:
• music CD's (both commercial and private)
• videos
• software
• online games
• podcasts
• concert performances
• TV or radio advertisements
• demos
• school projects
• any other type of audio/visual projects

Free Downloads

You can download and use these free downloads in any personal or commercial project.
For commercial use, you need to visibly credit DL Sounds somewhere in your project.
We prefer a text link with http://www.dl-sounds.com

The free downloads cannot be:
• sold individually or as a collection
• post on a website for free
