Q: Do I own the music I purchase?
A: No, the music remains the property of the DL Sounds composers. What you do own is a license to use the music for your purposes in accordance with the license agreement.
Q: How do I receive my downloaded files?
A: You need to register for a account. Registration is FREE. Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation with download instructions. In your account go to the order and click On the order confirmation page, click
Q:I did not receive a confirmation email.
A: If you did not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam / junk folder first!
The download email is system automated. Some filters may flag this as spam. Be sure to add info @ dl-sounds dot com to the 'whitelist
Q: Do all your files sound exactly like the preview?
A: The preview files are low mp3 quality, but the purchased files are high quality mp3 or Wav. Some previews are watermarked with a voiceover to prevent unauthorised use.
Q: My shopping cart sometimes emptying itself before I have finished shopping.
A: As with all shopping carts you must have your cookies enabled. Your browsers internet properties will have a feature which either allows them or not.
Please note that browsers are, like all software, imperfect and sometimes misrender pages. In this case, clearing the cache or "Temporary Internet Files" and reloading the page may help.
Q: What file format are the files?
A: The samples and loops files are Wav and vary from 16 to 24 bit, and from 32 to 44.1 kHz. The tunes are Mp3 and vary from 192kbs (CD quality) to 320kbs 44.1khz.
Q: My download link has expired, how come?
A: You are only allowed to download each file 5 times after purchase. The download page will expire after 7 days. If you wish a new download link, you will have to purchase the same track again.
Q: Do you issue refunds?
A: The content and service is provided on an "as is" basis. All files come with a preview, therefore you are encouraged to listen to them before you buy. Under these terms of sale we cannot issue refunds.
We cannot refund songs that have been purchased by the customer in error. However should the purchased track be damaged during download we will issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase. see Terms for more information!
